Delicious Balsamic Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Wash/Rinse tomatoes.
- Cut into bite-sized chunks. Add to a bowl.
- Add thinly sliced red onion to the tomatoes.
- Add your brown sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add your Balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
- Toss everything together well.
