This garlic Parmesan wing recipe is a nice twist to the normal baked chicken. It’s great for a day of watching football or just hanging out with friends so make sure you make enuff cus they’ll go fast.
Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings
Ingredients
- 1 dozen wings
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbs butter
- 1-2 tbs garlic minced
- 1-2 tbs of chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cover a cooking sheet in foil add chicken wings salt and pepper the wings.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drain off liquid.
- Heat oven broiler to high then broil wings for 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy.
- In saute pan add olive oil and butter.
- Let melt then add garlic and saute on medium about 3 minutes.
- Pour mixture into bowl, then add parsley and salt.
- Remove wings from oven, and place into bowl.
- Toss wings to coat with mixture.
- Remove to serving tray and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
