
Argentine Red Shrimp and Chimichurri Sauce
Argentinian red shrimp is one of the tastiest shrimp around. With a slight lobster taste this shrimp pairs wonderfully with Chimichurri sauce, enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds Argentine Red Shrimp cleaned peeled de veined
- Love seasoning as seen on Grilled Catfish recipe
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley leaves only
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- ¼ fresh oregano leaves
- â…“ cup red onion chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves peeled
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Method
- Add parsley, cilantro, oregano, red onion and garlic to a food processor. Pulse to mince.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Pulse to mix well.
- Add Kosher Salt to taste.
- Transfer to Mason jar.
- Add Shrimp to a large plate, drizzle with olive oil. Season both sides with the Love.
- In a large skillet heat 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil.
- Cook shrimp about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove and serve immediately with Chimichurri Sauce.
