If you want a smooth flavorful beer that taste like manna from the gods this is your beer!!! One thing that makes a great beer is its drink-ability, can I consume this product repeatedly and still enjoy it like it’s the first time? Yes sir, or ma’am, with this beer you can indeed.
The Dogfish Head brewery puts out a line of tasteful brews and this is definitely one of them. Midas Touch is a beer with a mild fruity flavor that isn’t overly sweet or hoppie. With an IBU of 12 the hop level is low and the flavor of grapes and saffron blend well to give a consistent taste from sip to swallow without any hint of alcohol. 
As for the rest of its qualities, the smell compliments the taste with a slightly sweet grape and saffron aroma. Its bright amber tone produces a minimal head. With an ABV of 9% you might think that this beer has a strong alcoholic taste yet the flavor blend is smooth and completely hides the alcohol. This is a great beer chilled and enjoyable in the summer, fall or year round. If you know someone who doesn’t like beer have them try this one, it may change their mind.
