Time to level up your lamb chops with grilled Moroccan spiced lamb chops. We take lamb chops and marinade them in a spicy sauce blend of parsley, garlic, and harissa red peppers then grill them to perfection, enjoy.
Grilled Moroccan Spiced Lamb-chops
Ingredients
- 16 lamb rib chops or 2 plates cut into ribs (if that makes sense)
- 2 heaping Tbsp of harissa spicy red pepper sauce
- 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
Directions
- Wash chops and pat dry.
- Whisk together harissa, olive oil, lemon juice and Zest, herbs and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Divide Marinade, place chops in 2 separate zipper bags and pour over chops.
- Massage, seal and let marinate overnight (or at least a couple hours).
- Heat grill to 400°F.
- Oil grill grates with cooking spray.
- Grill Lamb-chops 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove to a plate and tent with foil.
- Allow to rest for about 10 minutes.
- Serve over Couscous with a Fly side salad
