Grilled Catfish
Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds Catfish (steaks or fillets)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Cooking spray for grill grates
- 1 Tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp turmeric
- 1 Tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
- Preheat grill to 350° F
- In small bowl mix together all dry spice ingredients.
- Place fish on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Drizzle about a Tbsp of oil on fish. Massage oil into fish.
- Generously season Catfish on all sides. Stack and repeat with remaining fish.
- Spray grill grates with cooking spray once temperature is reached.
- Grill Catfish about 4-5 minutes per side (keeping a close watch to assure fish doesn’t stick to the grill grates).
- Remove fish, serve immediately with grilled or roasted veggies and Jasmine Rice.
