Gourmet Sirloin Steak Sliders

Looking for a new burger, try these sirloin steak slider. Made with ground sirloin steak these sliders are perfect for lunch or a quick snack, enjoy.

 

Gourmet Sirloin Steak Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground sirloin 90/10
  • 1 pkg Brioche slider buns (toasted)
  • 1/2 yellow onion sliced 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 egg (scrambled/Optional)
  • 1 Tbsp of each Salt, black pepper
  • 1 8 oz pkg Sharp Cheddar cheese or Gouda
  • Chipotle Aioli

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add ground sirloin, salt, pepper, eggs (if using) and Worcestershire. Using your hands, combine well.
  2. Form slider sized patties with your hands or spread our sirloin slider mix into parchment paper lined baking sheet about 1 inch thick.
  3. Use 3in circle cookie cutter to make perfect Sliders. Pro tip: Also use cookie cutter to make perfect circle cheese slices.
  4. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan.
  5. Saute onions about 10 minutes until browned and Caramelized.
  6. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil to a large cast iron skillet on medium high.
  7. Cook Sliders 3-4 minutes per side. Top with cheese.
  8. To build sliders, add Chipotle Aioli to bottom bun.
  9. Add sirloin slider, top with Caramelized onions and top bun.
  10. Secure with a fancy Slider skewer if you like. Serve immediately! And Oh yeah…
